Description
Rotoplat 708 PVS is a powerful wrapping machine by Robopac. The wrapping machine is equipped with a wrapping unit PVS-motorized pre stretching system with two independent engines and two cylinders that rotate at different speeds. The stretch ratio is adjustable from 150% up to 400%.
To meet the growing demand for pallet wrapping film optimisation, Robopac is introducing Cube Technology for the first time, the innovative hardware and software solution installed on all ROTOPLAT Series 8 models. The high performance 7-inch colour touch screen with icons specifically designed and created by Robopac has led to the implementation of the Cube Technology function.
This pallet wrapping machine can stretch high performance stretch films up to 400% reducing wrapping costs and slashing plastic waste.
PVS Carriage
The PVS Carriage with powered stretch system controlled by two independent motors. Stretch ratio adjustable from panel board from 150% up to 400%. Force to the load controlled by patented electronic device and adjustable from panel board.
7” Touch Screen Control Panel
The control panel is the brain of Rotoplat, and the heart of the machine is Cube Technology.
